Introducing our GF Dumpling Wrapper Mix, perfect for making your own gluten-free dumplings at home. This mix is incredibly easy to use, and with just a few simple steps, you can have fresh dumpling wrappers ready to go. Plus, the dough is freezer-friendly, so you can make a big batch and save them for later. Make your next meal a delicious and gluten-free one with our Dumpling Wrapper Mix.

GF Dumpling Wrapper

  • Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Psyllium Husk

  • 1 bag Dumpling Mix

    2 Tablespoons Canola Oil (neutral oil)

    1 - 1 1/2 Cups Boiling Water

    Tapioca Starch to flour bench etc

    Recommend a mixer for this.

    Place flour in a bowl

    Add oil, and mix on low speed

    While mixer still on, add the first cup of boiling water (have your 1/2 cup ready)

    Slowly add the remaining water until it forms a dough (crumbs at the bottom of your bowl are good)

    On a clean surface,turn the mixture out and gently knead in the crumbs until you have a smooth dough.

    Cover with plastic wrap until ready to use.
